HireArt is helping our client find a Recruiting Coordinator to help create an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the growth of the team during a critical stage of scaling.In this role you'll play a key role in supporting the recruiting process from scheduling interviews to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, workplace and office administration, and leadership to coordinate interviews, manage recruiting operations, and help keep hiring processes running efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
