In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Recruiting Manager to meet daily hiring needs. Your focus will be on interviewing potential candidates and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will ensure a streamlined experience by efficiently tracking applicants through our system and communicating responsively with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and evaluate interviews for agent roles
• Guide the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide timely communication to all candidates
• Manage applicants through the ATS system
• Attend job fairs and coordinate recruitment events
