**About the Role****Key Responsibilities**- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment- Achieve and surpass weekly submission, interview, and placement goals- Maintain accurate ATS records and track pipeline progress with regular reporting**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a U.S. staffing agency- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools- Demonstrated ability to manage multi...
