Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter with approximately 3 years of experience to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own and executeend-to-end recruitment processes(intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy
Develop and executesourcing strategiesusing job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit
