Recreation Manager

Job Description

The Recreation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing meaningful programs and services to meet the social, physical, intellectual, emotional, vocational, and spiritual needs of all residents. They will support the distinctive positioning and culture at the home by building strong relationships with community organizations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will also play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth integration of new residents into the home.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate diversified and meaningful programs, including Chartwell-approved programs across six dimensions of wellness.
• Create home-specific programming aligned with the home’s distinctive positioning.
