This role is responsible for managing job postings, analyzing recruitment performance, and driving candidate outreach for urgent hiring needs. The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and effective recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Job Posting Analytics
- Manage and maintain caregiver job postings across platforms.
- Review job post performance analytics and propose job ad sponsorship opportunities to the Senior Manager.
- Optimize job descriptions and posting strategies to improve candidate flow.
- Candidate Outreach
- Conduct proactive outreach using Indeed Pro and other sourcing tools for urgent and highpriority searches.
