Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisation
- Liaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processes
- Prepare and manage medical files for appointments
- Provide administrative support to consultants
- Respond to client enquiries (reports, invoicing, status updates)
- Conduct outbound calls to promote services and increase referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Support team activities, including reception duties as needed
