Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Multiple job openings across various locations including offices, real estate, and hospital settings. The role involves front‑desk duties, administrative support, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Attend to visitors and clients, both external and internal.
- Handle telephone calls, screen calls and direct to appropriate departments.
- Manage appointments and calendar of executives.
