Full-Time Monday through Friday | EST Hours Required

Compensation: $800–$1,200/month Depending on Experience | Performance Bonus based on deals closed | After 1 year: 5 PTO and 6 paid holidays

WHO WE ARE

Ispot Homes is a real estate investment company based in Central Florida. We buy distressed properties across Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and Georgia. We are a small, fast-moving team — not a corporation. We close deals quickly, communicate clearly, and operate at a high standard. We are growing and we need someone who can keep up.

THE ROLE

You will be the first voice agents hear after our offer system generates a response. Your job is to run Discovery Calls, qualify leads, manage follow-up cadences, and hand hot opportunities to our senior acquisition manager to close.
