Real estate Property Manager

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hands-on Property Manager to manage the daily operations of our properties.

The right person must be able to take ownership, follow up, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly with tenants and contractors, and keep the properties under control.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the buildings
• Follow-up on repairs and maintenance requests
• Coordination with contractors and suppliers
• Regular property inspections
• Tracking rent, arrears, and administrative files
• Organizing invoices, communication, and documents
• Clear communication with management
• Ability to eventually manage a team

Requirements

• Experience in property management or real estate operations required
• French and English required
