Position Summary
We are looking for a Property Project Manager to play a key role in planning and coordinating renovation work in the buildings under his/her responsibility.

Initiated by astute investors wishing to participate in the sector’s growth and build up a substantial portfolio of commercial properties, Galion manages and develops high value-added real estate projects. Galion’s portfolio consists of some twenty office and light industrial buildings, a convenience shopping center and 43 service stations with retail space. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals who use their talent and expertise to build and carry out coveted projects.
Main Responsibilities
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Participate in the analysis and evaluation of projects required in the buildings under your responsibility, as well as in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Plan and define work scope, budget and schedule.
