As the Sr. Manager/Manager, Leasing, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Roadmap the expansion plan of our real estate.Secure a best-in-class portfolio of physical spaces.Get the locations we want with the best deal.Manage lease rights and tenant relations.Hold the landlords accountable for the lease.Maintain the relationship with each other and address business opportunities for scale.THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Sr. Manager/Manager, Leasing has:
