Real Estate Commercial Sales Specialist

The Bagga Team is expanding our Commercial Division and is seeking a high-performing Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Edmonton and the surrounding areas.

This role is designed for a closer — someone who understands how to structure deals, build relationships, and execute transactions across commercial asset classes, including retail plazas, industrial properties, land, multi-family, and business sales.

You will be working within a growth-focused, opportunity-rich environment with access to strong lead sources, internal deal flow, and advanced tools such as CoStar and Moody’s Analytics to support underwriting, prospecting, and market analysis.

We are not looking for someone who simply shows properties — we are looking for a professional who can identify opportunities, analyze deals, negotiate effectively, and close transactions.
