Provide location specific market level analysis and research to support Lifemark Real Estate on potential acquisition or new segment growth. 
Act as supporting partner for research and analytics related activities and network strategy work 
Manage real estate capital project related milestones, status updates, risk registers, stakeholder registers. 
Direct stakeholders on strategic plan for clinic network expansion across Canada
