A Snapshot of Your DayThe Latin America Siemens Energy Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects throughout LATAM and ensuring all projects follow Siemens Energy standards and are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.This person must have a construction background, with project management experience and a strong ability to communicate with internal and external partners.Working with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will direct all aspects of each project within LATAM to include initial goal setting, scope development, project planning, procurement, contracting, project safety, overseeing construction works, overseeing creation of project budgets and schedules, quality control, and project close-out.How You'll Make An ImpactDirect, manage, coordinate, and provide support for project operations from inception through close-out.Projects include office fit-outs, larger building maintenance works, ground‐up office and indu...
