RD&I Analyst

Airswift is looking for an RD&I Analyst to join a dynamic Exploration & Development team, supporting the monitoring and execution of Research, Development & Innovation projects in compliance with ANP regulations. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset and experience in financial control of RD&I projects within highly regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the R&D team to monitor RD&I projects with partners, ensuring alignment with ANP regulations and internal guidelines Supervise and track processes to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements Perform financial monitoring across the full lifecycle of RD&I projects (planning and execution phases) Prepare reports, maintain organized records (internal and external), and track both physical and financial project progress Review supporting documentation and validate expenses in line with ANP RD&I Resolution requirements (materials, equipment, payroll, travel, taxes, ...
