This role reports to the Quality Manager, where you will oversee the stability of natural health products and foods while assisting in new product development. With 3-5 years of lab experience, you'll work with formulation, shelf-life assessments, and manage stability studies to support quality and compliance. Your technical expertise will drive continuous improvement and product innovation across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain pilot plant equipment and work areas
• Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures
• Execute stability studies for finished products
• Collect and interpret stability data for compliance
• Support preparation of regulatory submissions
