R&D Quality Leader

Job Description Summary

The R&D Quality Manager will lead end‑to‑end quality assurance for the R&D organization, product design quality and NPI process improvements, driving the adoption of contemporary tools and methodologies for GE Vernova’s software‑enabled industrial and energy technologies. This role requires strong leadership in New Product Introduction (NPI) with a focus on validation and verification and expertise in hardware and software development for critical infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in ensuring high product reliability, driving continuous improvement through data‑driven root cause analysis and customer issue resolution, and problem solving.
