Key Responsibilities:
• Process client transactions related to insolvency and counseling
• Make informed decisions to approve or negotiate client requests
• Handle calls from various stakeholders effectively
• Complete risk and compliance reports as needed
• Resolve specific issues impacting client transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in collections or related field
