Job Description
We are looking for an experienced mid-level to senior engineer who can efficiently manage Python scripting and has ideally worked with REST APIs. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in scripting, integration workflow automation, and data synchronization between Jira Cloud and Rally via ConnectAll integration. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills and proven automation expertise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
- Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed. Ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads/fleets to Rally.
