Job Description
Become a key player in safety management with RailWorks as an HSE Specialist in British Columbia. This hybrid role emphasizes risk minimization and a proactive safety culture.
Reporting to both the Senior Project Manager and Area HSE Manager, the Project Health & Safety Specialist will conduct safety inspections, manage incident reporting, and develop safety procedures. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and oversee safety training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job site safety inspections and document findings
• Manage incident reporting and root cause analysis
• Develop, review, and update safety procedures
• Deliver safety training and orientation sessions
• Monitor compliance with local regulations and client requirements
