Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Diagnostic Radiologist with fellowship training to join the team at Kelowna General Hospital (KGH). Fellowship training and/or experience in Cardiothoracic, Chest, MSK, Breast or Nuclear Medicine imaging is an asset, but not required. We currently have a mix of 16 diagnostic and interventional radiologists. At the hospital, we have 3 CT scanners, one MRI (current department expansion underway with 2 new MRI units coming), a brand new interventional fluoroscopy suite, digital mammography, and a PET scanner (located at adjacent BCCA). We are currently the only IHA site currently performing MRI guided breast biopsies. At our 3 clinics, we perform X-ray, ultrasound, bone mineral density, and diagnostic mammography. Our procedural requirements for our diagnostic radiologists are predominantly biopsies and drainages.
