Radiologic Technologist (Ft)

Position Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: under the supervision of the Radiologist, the technologist is responsible for administering x-rays to patients. Operates X‑ray equipment, processes images in computerized radiology (CR) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), prepares examination room and patient for procedure. Stocks supplies and materials for the department. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations, also be able to employ all mandatory safety devices and procedures. Also, must participate in the Respiratory Protection Program, which may include the wearing of a respirator. This is a union position. See Essential Job Functions. FTE: 1.0 (8 hour shift) Variable.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of Radiologic Health Sciences program in California.
Experience: Preferred but not required.
