What you'll do
- Be customer focused and respond to inbound leads and questions while working remotely
- Demonstrate effective service skills by providing options for customers to fit their unique insurance needs
- Effectively communicate by telephone and email to resolve issues, describe programs & services to customers and when appropriate
- Be Walnut’s Damage Insurance licensed representative in Quebec to the support the launch and growth of embedded programs
