- Review the tender drawings and specifications to ensure all measurements and quantities are accounted for to achieve realistic commercial value for each project.
- Produce quantity measurement, Bill of Quantities, and cost estimates within the targeted timeline.
- Prepare and source for quotations, including preparing the quotation list and documents for quote, calling of quotes, monitoring return quotes, evaluate quotes and giving feedback on status of quote.
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues.
