Quantity Surveyor (Junior/Senior Positions)

Responsibilities

• Take-off quantity for tender & on-going projects
• Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
• Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
• Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc
• Other duties assigned by Contract Manager

Requirements

• 3 Years experience in building/civil in Singapore
• Preferably with experience in handling Commercial / HDB / HIP projects
• Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent
