Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage quality issues related to batteries, multimedia systems, wiring, and other electronic and electrical components in vehicles during pre-sale and post-sale stages.
Assess product improvement requests from various sources (customer feedback, warranty systems, etc.), defining strategies for investigation and problem-solving.
Lead and monitor product improvement processes, interacting with suppliers, factories, and R&D teams, ensuring deadlines are met and corrective actions are effective (8D reports).
Conduct technical analyses of defective parts, including bench tests (operation, disassembly, component measurements, and electrical parameter evaluations) and fleet vehicle testing to replicate f...
