Job Description
Job Summary
Designs, implements and manages Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure vehicles and parts comply with strict safety, regulatory, and industry standards. They drive continuous improvement, lead internal and external audits, and conduct root-cause analyses to eliminate defects and streamline manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: System Maintenance: Develop, deploy and maintain quality policies in alignment with industry standards such as of ISO/ IATF 16949 Quality Management System: Coordinate internal audits to ensure regular regulatory compliance. Process Control: Monitor quality on the production floor. Lead defect analysis, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions; conduct Layered Process Audits. Specialized Audits: Independently execute VDA 6.3 Process Audits and VDA 6.5 Product Audits. Apply specialized CQI controls. External Audit Management: Address requirements from OEM customers and third-party certification bodies. Present corrective ac...
