Job Description
Primary Duties:
Assure all plant quality systems and practices comply with IATF 16949 and meet customer requirements.Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.Oversee internal and external audits of production processes, equipment, and personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards.Address customer quality concerns by establishing containment, investigating complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.Facilitate problem-solving using formal tools such as 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagrams, and 5P; coach and mentor others in the organization on the effective use of these tools.Manage supplier quality, including raw glass and component performance.Provide leadership, training, development, and performance management for quality personnel.Manage key programs including...
