Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.

Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.

Review, prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other operational procedures in accordance with technical specifications, customer surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing/engineering practices, and enforce them on operations in their execution.

Work closely with inter‑department teams to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effective manner.

Responsible for product quality management, implementing quality plans, driving quality improvement projects and preparing quality reports to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions.
