Profile Summary

The Quality Control Lead Inspector is a dual-role professional who balances hands‑on inspection with frontline team coordination. Acting as the bridge between management and the shop floor, you will ensure all products align with the Quality Manual, customer contracts, and ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100D standards. You are a proactive “Quality Promoter” who identifies daily priorities, allocates tasks to the QC team, and coaches inspectors to achieve “right-first-time” results. Your goal is to move the department toward a proactive, Industry 4.0‑ready environment by ensuring on‑time execution and peak team performance.

Leadership & Supervisory Functions

• Daily Coordination: Identify daily priorities based on the production schedule and allocate tasks to the QC team to ensure seamless workflow.
• On‑Time Execution: Monitor the progress of all pending inspections (Receiving, In‑Process, Final) to ensure customer delivery dates are met.
