Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing the end-to-end quality management system for the express delivery network and driving quality-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality-related teams across different functions, such as customs clearance, sorting/distribution, and last-mile delivery, to improve end-to-end timeliness and service quality.
- Develop targeted improvement plans based on key quality data and drive operational teams to implement and improve accordingly.
- Handle other key tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in the express delivery industry or quality management is required.
- Languages: English and Spanish can be used as working languages.
- Excel proficiency is required; SQL skills are preferred.
