Quality Assurance & Process Control Leader

**What you will enjoy doing**:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures that optimize the Quality Assurance and Process Control System.
- Implement and oversee Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience in process control and SPC (Pareto analysis, CPK).
- Knowledge of metrology, calibration, verification, accuracy, and linearity, as well as microbiology.
- Have skills in standardizing quality plans and testing methods
**What makes you great**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in quality areas within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, or plastics industries
- Knowledge in ISO*****
- Team management, leadership, decision making
- Experience in laboratory management and compliance with ISO ***** standards.
- Operate laboratory measurement equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
