Job Description
Manage Quality Assurance for Napoleon’s Barrie, Ontario production facilities. Ensure excellence and regulatory compliance in quality processes and lead the QA team to success.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will have high-level oversight of quality operations and report to the Director of Global Quality Assurance. This leadership position requires extensive experience in ensuring product quality and managing teams that support operational improvements across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA operations and team performance management
• Resolve quality issues and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure quality specifications are met for new products
• Conduct supplier performance assessments and actions
