Job Description
Assume the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Tŝilhqot’in Nidlin in Williams Lake, BC, focusing on culturally grounded family services. Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of Tŝilhqot’in programs. With at least five years of experience in child and family services, you’ll lead audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations while aligning services with Tŝilhqot’in Law and community values.
