Role: QA / QC Test Lead Banking or Capital Calculations

Location: Downtown Toronto, Canada

Requirements / Must Have Skills

• 10+ years experience in QA/testing/automation, with at least 8+ years within Banking or Capital Calculations
• 8+ years strong hands-on experience with Basel III regulatory reporting
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk metrics, and regulatory calculations
• 3+ years extensive experience in data-centric QA automation and validation
• 5+ years advanced SQL experience (joins, subqueries, aggregations, performance tuning)

Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience as a QA Lead – having led at least 1 automation project
• Solid experience validating large regulatory and financial datasets
• Ability to automate QA testing using Python
