Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead or Test Lead.
- Strong experience in Banking domain.
- Expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of API Testing and database validation (SQL).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
