In this role you will:
  • QA Leadership & Strategy Lead a team of quality assurance professionals.
    Define and manage end-to-end QA strategies for automation and software projects.
    Act as a quality ambassador, ensuring alignment on testing goals across teams.

  • Test Planning & Execution Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to interpret requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria.
    Lead test execution across functional, regression, integration, and system testing phases.
    Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test data preparation and execution oversight.

  • Defect Management & Quality Control Oversee defect lifecycle management using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
    Promote early testing and defect prevention strategies throughout the development lifecycle.
