Role of the QA Team:

Our QA team is crucial in ensuring the quality of our platform. There are two main tasks you will focus on:

• Bug Analysis: Understand and diagnose bugs that make it into production. This requires a solid understanding of our product and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactively finding issues that affect users: Identify parts of the system that need to be improved according to feedback coming from users and testing. You need to be able to clearly report the problem and propose a solution.
