- ServiceNow, electronic validation platforms, laboratory data connectivity.
- System administration responsibilities in a multi-system environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with QMS for change management, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, or machine learning platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated adaptability and collaboration within matrixed, fast-paced organizations.
