Quality And Operations Lead

Quality and Operations Lead is responsible for working and interacting with Stellantis Brands, Logistics, Fleet, Product Development, Marketing, Purchasing & Quality groups within NAFTA, to collaborate on making sure all Vehicle Custom Shop Assembly Operational attributes are in place & launches are coordinated effectively, within defined timing & meeting all volume & revenue expectations.He/She is responsible for day-to-day production at MCSs with respect to meeting the quality requirements of Stellantis owned vehicles processed through the MCSs.He/She is the primary contact person between Mopar, assembly plants and the up-fit suppliers on all operations and quality mattersWork with the up-fit suppliers and quality engineers to ensure that Stellantis approved manufacturing processes (Critical processes, Control Plans, Work Instructions, etc.) are followed.This may require auditing 2nd shift and weekend shiftsWork with up-fit suppliers and part supply base when needed to avoid/resol...
