Job Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible for performing quality checks on received and produced goods to ensure products meet the required specifications. Provides input to the warehouse team on which goods to release for production, customer shipment, or return to suppliers. Offers guidelines to the production team on reworking products that do not meet specifications.
Responsibilities/Key Activities:
- Ensure ingredients maintain ongoing Halal status by securing valid certificates from suppliers.
- Uphold plant Halal practices.
- Conduct periodic Halal Committee meetings and checks at the shopfloor and related facilities.
- Coordinate with Jabatan Agama Islam for Halal renewal and consultation.
- Ensure timely renewal of Halal certificates.
- Maintain and implement HAS Manual requirements for Johor MU.
