QA Tester (Santiago de Querétaro)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and quality‑driven QA Tester located in Queretaro, Mexico. This role focuses on designing and executing manual test case strategies, auditing test results, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products. Experience or exposure to test automation tools is highly valued but not required.

• Perform testing of assigned User Stories, Bugs, and Reactivations.
• Design and implement manual and automated test cases.
• Audit and maintain automated test results.
• Functional/Integration/Stress/Volume testing.
• Identify, report, and track software bugs.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards.
