As a QA Team Lead, you will make an impact by driving operational excellence, ensuring sales quality, and aligning quality performance with revenue growth across digital advertising programs. You will be a valued member of the Quality team and work collaboratively with Sales, Training, Operations, and client stakeholders.

• Drive calibration sessions with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on quality standards, compliance, and evaluation criteria.
• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analyses to identify performance gaps, behavioral trends, and revenue‑impacting risks.
