QA Superintendent

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Black Belt certification/Master's degree preferred) English spoken and written (90%)
• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years working in quality management within electronic manufacturing.
• Experience leading quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, including participation in audits and developing quality improvements and corrective action plans. Experience managing clients and results-oriented work teams.
• Knowledge:
• Experience or participation in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems; quality standards: ISO 9001, TL 9000, and ISO/TS 16949; core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA; participation in internal audit programs; knowledge of regulatory compliance; knowledge of product requirements; new product introduction; statistical process control; quality tools; Lean Six Sigma.
