QA Analyst

Overview

EXFO is undergoing a technological transformation, especially in our Optical Instruments division. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Techhub team as a QA Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in testing our next‑generation FTB platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of next‑generation FTB platforms within an Agile team.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate platform features.
• Identify edge cases and define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Write detailed and well‑structured descriptions of issues identified during testing and review them with the team.
• Investigate, analyze, and help resolve functional and performance issues.
• Design and implement automated test cases in a GitLab environment, primarily using a BDD approach.
