Responsibilities
- Assisting with the safety and comfort of our guests over the night-time hours.
- In addition to working as a night auditor, you will also work some front desk shifts during the day.
- Process telephone calls.
- Process group arrivals and departures.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payment.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Resolve guest complaints and refer to Supervisor as required.
