Responsibilities

• Helping develop corporate restructuring plans, tax planning, and tax strategies that meet clients’ needs.
• Being involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions.
• Liaising with the various stakeholders involved in a file (the client, lawyers, accountants, the internal team, etc.).
• Conducting and documenting tax analyses.
• Sharing technical knowledge and experience with other team members at all levels.
