We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Specialist to join the team at a leading Print Manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in purchasing materials, running month-end reports, and managing inventory control. Strong Excel skills are a must to thrive in this role.
Position Description
Manage and execute the purchasing of materials required for production

Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive pricing

Monitor inventory levels and implement effective control processes

Run accurate and detailed month-end reports to assist with financial tracking and forecasting

Maintain organized records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory

Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and reduce costs
