Overview
The TikTok Content Operations team develops and executes strategies to grow our content ecosystem through management, partnerships, and key programs. We work closely with Product teams to understand publishers and creator cohorts and set priorities, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive efforts forward within the evolving content landscape.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with leading sports content publishers, from major TV broadcasters, teams, leagues, and sports institutions, to drive their growth and success on TikTok.
- Monitor and be up to date with the sports industry, including main tournaments, leagues, public athletes, market forces, audience behaviors, and emerging trends.
- Develop and execute ambitious partnership strategies that position TikTok as a key platform for content discovery, engagement, and audience development.
